Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using Miyory (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features as a platform: - Search and reservation of community dining halls (kodomo shokudo, community cafeterias) - Event creation and attendance management - Volunteer matching - Farm Rescue (sharing surplus produce from farmers) - Food Rescue (selling surplus food from shops) - Food donation matching The Service acts as a platform to facilitate information exchange and does not directly manufacture, sell, or provide food.
Article 3 (Accounts)
1. A LINE account is required to create an account. 2. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. 3. Transfer or sharing of accounts is prohibited. 4. Users may delete their account at any time.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in the following activities: - Actions that violate laws or public order - Registering false information - Harassment or defamation of other users - Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service - Providing food in violation of food sanitation laws - Selling food without proper permits - Unfair price reselling - Unauthorized collection of personal information - Misuse of the Service (scraping, etc.)
Article 5 (Food Safety)
1. Businesses and individuals providing food are responsible for complying with the Food Sanitation Act and other relevant laws. 2. Produce listed on Farm Rescue is the responsibility of the seller regarding quality and safety. 3. Food Rescue shops are responsible for proper food management. 4. The Service does not guarantee the quality or safety of food traded on the platform. 5. Allergen information is provided for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed. If you have allergies, please confirm directly with the provider.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)
1. Event reservations can be cancelled at any time before the event starts. 2. Food Rescue reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the pickup time. 3. Farm Rescue pickups should be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. 4. Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds after pickup are generally not accepted. 5. If there is a significant quality issue, please contact us through the Contact page.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The Service facilitates information exchange between users as a platform and does not guarantee food quality, safety, or the completion of transactions. 2. While we will make efforts to mediate disputes between users, we do not bear ultimate responsibility for their resolution. 3. The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures. 4. The Service may change or discontinue features without prior notice.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service operator. Copyright of content posted by users (reviews, photos, etc.) belongs to the users, but users grant the Service a license to use such content within the Service.
Article 9 (Account Suspension and Deletion)
The Service may suspend or delete accounts in the following cases: - Violation of these Terms - Registration of false information - Extended period of inactivity (with prior notice) - Other cases deemed necessary for operations
Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may modify these Terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
